Easy and delicious enchiladas along with green rice, spiced beans, guacamole, and Jamaca flower water

These just might be the easiest and most delicious enchiladas ever (utilizing a rotisserie chicken). Paired with green rice, spiced beans, guacamole, and Jamaica flower water, you have a delicious fiesta! (This meal was inspired by Frida Kahlo.)
