Healthier Maple Syrup Cinnamon Buns

I came up with this low-sodium, heart-healthy recipe for a family member that is on a restricted diet. These cinnamon rolls are sweetened with maple syrup and cinnamon and contain no refined sugar, no butter or oil, and are low in calories. They are not overly sweet but are rich in flavor!
