Medieval Avalon Apple Tart

Inspired by the pastries served at medieval feasts, this savory apple tart is named for the Isle of the Apples, more commonly known as Avalon. The mix of Gala apples, butternut squash, pearl onions, and crumbled Stilton makes this a truly delicious tart.
