The combination of the stir-fry and the BBQ beef flavors, The Moroccan Beef Tagine with Date Sauce & Apricots reminds me of the Mongolian Beef from P.F. Chang’s. This recipe consists of two different cooking methods. The first method is to stir-fry the beef using all the amazing Moroccan spices. This step is essential for all the seasonings to penetrate into the beef. The second step is to cook the beef in the Tagine which tenderizes and softens it. The Moroccan Date Sauce caramelizes the beef and creates a thick, delicious coating. As a side dish I recommend a stir-fried bulgur.
