Sweet Freezer Pickles stay crisp and crunchy in the freezer. The sugar replaces most of the water inside the cells of the pickle slice. As a result, the cells don’t burst when frozen, and the pickle retains its crisp, crunchy texture. Pickles: some are sweet, some are sour, some are spicy, and some are soggy. Reminds me of the people I meet, or the way my day is going. I like both the pickles and my day SWEET!
