Seriously, this smoothie is SO good, it doesn’t make sense that – first of all, it’s a green smoothie, and second of all, that it’s actually good for you. But IT IS!
Made with mango, banana, baby spinach, kale and almond milk (or your choice of dairy free milk, or Greek yoghurt if you like a little dairy protein) and that’s it!
All this yummy / healthy goodness gets thrown into a blender and blitzed until smooth, thick and creamy, and then you get to drink your portion of greens in the most wonderful, tasty way ever! It really fills you up and gives you an energy boost too, so it’s the perfect breakfast or pre-workout snack.
And the fun part is that you can substitute your favourite in-season fruit, so that you can enjoy this smoothie all year round, and never get tired of it. I don’t think you’ll get tired of it anyway, coz MANGO! = Yum. But you know, a little variety is always a good thing.
