Here’s another easy-to-make dessert recipe for Christmas. These mince pies are completely vegan and suitable for a low-fat diet too.
I used einkorn flour to make the crust of my pies, but you can use spelt or any other flour you have. If you want to make them gluten-free, you can use a mix of rice flour and buckwheat flour, or oat flour.
Also, I used dates in both the crust and the filling of my mince pies, so I didn’t need to add any additional sweetener.
